This is the Journal Management System of the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST), a state university in the Philippines and a registered publisher with the National Library of the Philippines. This system houses the university’s various academic journals covering different fields, domains, and specializations. All journals are peer-reviewed.

    This journal, “The QUEST: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Development” is published biannually (July and December) by the Graduate School of Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology, Philippines. The journal publishes original research articles from various disciplines and other interdisciplinary approaches. The journal is primarily dedicated to publish research articles for widest dissemination to scientific community. The journal is open to all researchers of diverse fields of discipline.


    All manuscripts shall undergo double-blind peer-review process before the papers are published to ensure the quality of publication and to guard against plagiarism. The Editor-in-chief decides on the acceptability of the manuscript based on the recommendations of the members of the Editorial Board and the peer-reviewers. The Editorial Policy published in this online website serves as a guide for authors who wish to publish their papers in the journal and for the reviewers who evaluate the quality of the papers.
